For the FIRST time in nearly a decade (9 years 7 months) I am below 80kgs πŸŽ‰πŸ˜ I feel younger. πŸ‘ΆπŸ» I feel happier 😍 I feel like a new person. 😎 

Now – I don’t want to attribute to where I am at the moment to weight loss. That’s not the case. Carry on reading… πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ‘‡πŸ»

It’s been 9 years of ups and downs. An emotional rollercoaster of self hate, pity and excuses. 😒

I’ve tried it all. Quick fix diets. Juice cleanse. Injections. Fat burners. Meal replacements. You name it. I’ve done it. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

It wasn’t until I started running that something inside me changed. I quickly realized that I had neglected my health. One day of exercise would set me back 3 days just to recover. 🀣

It was a wake up call of note πŸ™„πŸ€ͺ I needed to change. To STOP making excuses. To look at my faults and address them head on. πŸ’ͺ🏻

It’s easy for a fitness β€œinfluencer” to tell you to set goals, smash them and you will get results. Listen… it works.

Keeping the weight off? You are more likely to yo-yo. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Personally… the advice I would give to anyone struggling with their weight and weight loss, would be to address the β€œroute” of your problems. Happiness plays a BIG part in our fitness. Our over-all emotions. When we address those problems you allow yourself to let go.

being β€œskinny” doesn’t make a person happy. Sorry. πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Start your fitness journey on the right food. Eating and living well should NOT feel like you being punished. It should be a journey of self discovery and happiness. πŸ€—β€οΈ
