We living in crazy times. Everything is fast paced. Digital. πŸ€•

Post. Like. Share. Comment. Repeat. 😐

Have you actually taken a second to understand this reflex behavior? What it actually does to your soul?
The energy we put in to this public display of our lives – it’s emotionally and mentally draining. 😡
How much of that time is actually spent living in the moment? πŸ€”

Social media is a part of our lives. Don’t get me wrong, there are many positives to the digital world. Like business promotion, reconnecting with long lost friends and family, raising awareness for people in need and sharing motivational stories. πŸ€—πŸ’•πŸŒΈ

With the positive comes the negative. It can be a place of cyber bullying keyboard warriors. Just down right negativity. 😒

It’s time to take a step back. Reclaim that part of ourselves we have lost to this virtual world. πŸ’ͺ

The thing about life, is that you actually need to live it. Free from likes. Free from comments. Free from this constant need of validation. πŸ•Š

I have consciously chosen not to post about my personal life. That is mine. That belongs to me.

I live for me. And by doing so… I have an abundance of happiness. My cup runneth over with genuine friendships. For that I am grateful.

I may not be perfect, but knowing that my one small act of kindness can help someone else in some small way is worth everything to me. ❀️🌈
I don’t do it for recognition, praise or glory. I do it because there is truly no greater feeling.

You will always be the villain in someone else’s story. Humanity has a way of forgetting the good one does, and choose to highlight the “bad”. Stay true to yourself, and know your truth. Life is not above proving yourself to anyone.

Change starts with you. And it starts internally. You are the master of your own universe. And you know what? You deserve it all. β˜€οΈπŸŒ™βοΈ

Get to know yourself again. Give everything you have to you. You come first.
And when you do…. your cup will run over for all those around you to enjoy.

Always remember that happiness and health go hand in hand. Put your happiness first. You owe it to yourself.

“Don’t use social media to impress people; use it to impact people.”
